Home is the default dashboard automatically created by Mindlytics for each application. It provides a high-level snapshot of overall AI engagement using four preconfigured charts.

Displays a 7-day overview of:
  • Active users
  • New users
  • Total conversations
  • Number of unique intents served by the AI

Top Intents Chart

Shows the top 10 most frequently used intents over the last 30 days, based on intent count.

Conversations Chart

Highlights conversational quality metrics for the last 30 days, including:
  • Average conversation duration
  • Average number of prompts per conversation
  • Average number of intents served per conversation

User Sentiment Chart

Displays a pie-chart distribution of positive, negative, and neutral sentiment detected in user interactions over the last 30 days. The Home dashboard is read-only and serves as a quick, at-a-glance view of application health and engagement trends.
